Each batch is made by hand using a soft mochi-based batter and cooked fresh to order, creating a crisp golden shell with a warm, fluffy center. From classic custard to rich chocolate and cookies-and-cream fillings, everything is made with simple, high-quality ingredients and served straight from the pan while it’s still warm.
